As of 2014, all Real Estate Negotiators (RENS) must be registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Mangers (BOVAEP) to legally conduct real estate transaction and they will be issued with a Real Estate Negotiator Authority Tag. We are now offering the BOVAEA/LPPEH 2-Day Negotiator Certification Courses for aspiring Real Estate Negotiators. The Negotiator Certification Course will be conducted by Ms Leong Sook Ping, a Registered Estate Agent with more than 12 years experience in the industry.
