Good maintenance and management of common property and shared facilities are essential for both newer and older strata developments. Properly maintained common property by employing intelligent management skills makes sharing of space and facilities not only possible but pleasant; without sacrificing security, safety, and optimal enjoyment of the human living experience.

The purview and the intendment of the Strata Management Act 2013, as well as the Regulations therein must be considered holistically and progressively.
