BOVAEA or Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents is the government body that governs and oversees the valuers and estate agency activities in Malaysia. It was setup in 1981 under the purview of Ministry of Finance, Malaysia and governed by the provision of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent Act 1981. LPPEH or Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir dan Ejen Harta Tanah Malaysia is the Bahasa Malaysia equivalent of BOVAEA.
