Under Section 25(1) (d) of the Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agent and Property Manager Act 1982 (Act 242) and Rule, a grace period of 90 days will be given before its expiry on 31 December 2022. 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐁𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐄𝐏- 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 (𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝟐 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲) All registrants are required to renew their individual and firm licenses 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝟯𝟭 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯.
