A reminder to all registrants that you’re required to renew your individual and firm license before 31 March 2023. Under Section 25(1) (d) of the Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agent and Property Manager Act 1982 (Act 242) and Rule, a grace period of 90 days will be given before its expiry on 31 December 2022.
Failing to renew your license before 31 March 2023, your name will be removed from the Boards of Register immediately.
