[𝐁𝐎𝐕𝐀𝐄𝐏 𝐂𝐈𝐑𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐑] 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 – 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑 𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐀𝐋 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 A reminder to all registrants that you’re required to renew your individual and firm license before 31 March 2023. Under Section 25(1) (d) of the Valuer, Appraisers, Estate Agent and Property Manager Act 1982 (Act 242) and Rule, a grace period of 90 days will be given before its expiry on 31 December 2022.
