CPD Course on Fundamentals of Land Law in Malaysia to be facilitated by Mr Patrick Samuel (5 CPD Hours approved by BOVAEA). In this course, Mr Patrick Samuel will cover the fundamentals of land law in Malaysia. The concepts of Torrens systems of registration, indefeasibility and land titles will be clearly explained and made relevant for the attendees. Case studies and real life examples will be used throughout the course to help attendees understand and apply the knowledge in any land or property dealings.
