If you are planning to sit for the examination in 2027, now is the ideal time to begin your preparation.
One of the recognised pathways to obtain your REA license is through the RISM Property Surveying Graduate Entry Examination.
This pathway is open to Bachelorโs Degree holders from any MQA-recognised discipline, providing an opportunity to enter the professional real estate industry.
Through this pathway, candidates are required to:

Sit for 10 examination papers
โ
Complete 1 year of probation with a registered Estate Agency firm
Upon completion, you will be eligible to pursue three professional licenses:
โข Registered Estate Agent
โข Registered Valuer
โข Registered Property Manager
